"La ubicación es espantosas y las fotos no muestran los alrededores (horrible). Un engaño.
El precio es una estafa.
El restaurante - a pesar indicaba que está abierto- no lo está. Al apartamento le llega el olor de la cocina..
Casi no se puede ventilar ni abrir bien las ventanas.
Pido reembolso. Fue una mala decisión y el lugar es espantoso. (Casi £400 por una noche. 😱😣)."

"Very quiet. Well stocked kitchen. Many unexpected things provided (razors, toothbrushes, shavers, cereal. Very clean. Close enough to walk to train station and bus station. Bright and cheery. Bathrooms are quite small, but there are two of them. All in all a good experience."

"Easy to find, really quiet, peaceful location, isolated, so own transport is definitely required.Only member of staff that I spoke to was really helpful and friendly. Lodge was really clean and tidy.would definitely recommend it.also had a great view of Ben Nevis."

"We booked this property in April 2026 thinking it was one house made up of one dwelling. We booked one night and after some deliberation we booked a second consecutive night separately believing it would be the same property.
Upon arrival at the property we soon realized the house was divided into two separate residences, an east wing and a west wing. At no point did Black Sheep Hotels tell us that the property was made up of two residences and that we had in fact booked one night in each...

"Not fit for human habitatation. Full of black mold. Some attempted to be wiped away, but thick patches in several rooms. Couldn't stay here with young children. After an hour of ringing around, no other rooms in FW, had to drive 4 hours home, arriving at 1.30am with young children.
Host communication poor, sent me to wrong place, neighbours all complaining about this host when I asked directions. Not the important part, but clearly characteristic. Zero response to complaint from host.
