"TV in bedroom didn’t work. It was reported and nothing happened. Sink took forever to drain. Shower was next to useless. Videos to prove. Room condition in general was poor. Breakfast was going to be in a box in fridge in the morning, eventually agreed to b my take a hot breakfast roll."

"The hotel was ok. We booked an executive double room, areas of it could do with updating the sofa was very hard and stained. We were on tbe ground floor but we’rel left with no choice but to sleep with the patio door open as the heating was blasting out. The Spa is in need of some serious attention, the Jacuzzi has clearly been out of action for months, and it doesn’t look like anything is going to be done about fixing it any time soon. The changing rooms are in need of a deep clean and tbe chairs in the spa reception are all in need of replacement as all have ripped upholstery. One evening we went to the bar the glasses we were given were dirty (both had visible lipstick marks) breakfast was adequate for the price, but fairly basic. "

"Does not have a spa. This is listed incorrectly, sadly booked to tie in with a massage but was informed the listing was incorrect. Food, Staff and rooms were great apart form this. "

"Overall enjoyable stay. Staff friendly and supportive. Parking easy. Room overall comfortable - radiator and heater helped warm the room. Shower needs removal of mould and descaling of shower head. Preordering breakfast worked fine and the omelette was very enjoyable. Dinner was good. Sharing starter good as was the beef stew and Bull burger. Crumble nice. Enjoyable drinks in the bar."
