Ropewalks Hotel
On arrival was told ‘If I’m not busy then I’ll call you if your room is ready earlier.’ Not the friendliest of welcomes. Room was lovely and hotel was a good location

Should have let us know the lift wasnt working before we booked......8 flights of stairs to climb......god knows how a pensioner would have managed......lift still not working when we left......hotel in an ideal location tho

Great location near to Liverpool One, Albert Dock and Bold Street. The staff were great, especially Jill and we have booked anther stay in June….yes, it was that good 😊
