Sadly, the designated outdoor smoking area adjacent to the main entrance wasn’t kept to so we were woken by loud male voices on both mornings and smoke drifting into our open window. We suggest you relocate the designated smoking area. "

"Should have more information on the booking page, it is run by Quakers which restricts what goes on there, no TVs anywhere in the building, no alcohol anywhere in the hotel or in the grounds, no smoking in the grounds and our room was not serviced when we returned for our second night.(towels needed, cups washed, more tea making stuff, beds not made, etc).
