The bed was very comfy with nice linens, it was quiet, and the on-site restaurant was surprisingly good. The hotel was dirty, though. There are two Premier Inns very close together, make sure you go to the right one!

Rooms are large and clean, albeit a little musty. Perfect for a short hop. 5 minutes walk to North terminal. Make sure you arrive at the correct place as there on a larger Premier Inn at the North terminal with the same post code..

It’s an airport hotel, so nothing fancy or over the top. But our room was clean, the beds comfortable and they had a free shuttle to take us to the airport the next day.

Family room was cramped & hot with 2 adults & 2 kids. No fridge in the room was unexpected & meant some food had to be thrown out because room was too hot. A short 10 min walk from Gatwick North terminal so not too bad. Great buffet breakfast!

Hotel is located a bit of walk away from the north terminal. The paths are quite small to get to the hotel if walking. Located quite far from the south terminal. They agreed to store our luggage over messages prior to our arrival but when we got there they said they only have room in a tiny closet and that we had too much luggage. They ended up storing it but service was not welcoming at all. Check in is strictly at 3pm. Rooms are very basic. No fridge, microwave or drawers. They’ve got a tv but only 2-3 channels work. Shower/washroom was cleaned well and spacious. Bed was also comfortable. We were staying here due to a layover and asked if reception could provide us with 1 pound in exchange for usd and we needed to use a luggage trolley to get to the airport and they said they could not do that. Overall, not very happy with the service. Not welcome and we paid for more than we got. Would not be staying here again. Better off staying at the Hampton Inn or the Premier Inn directly across from the North Terminal. No food spots at a walking distance. Only a gas station close by. Hotel also looks a bit run down and old. Could use some renovations. Small hallways and small elevator.
