clean rooms and facilities including breakfast area- very comfortable beds and pillows- I have a chemical sensitivity so the smell of the sheets made it hard to sleep but not everyone will experience this- obviously very clean. The walls are on the thin side and I could hear the people in the next room very clearly and knew they could hear me - just something to be aware of- Nighttime river sounds were nice, I93 is directly behind the property and gets loud in the morning to be expected. Balcony and hallway lights stayed on all night but black out curtains were sufficient and for those afraid of the dark I'm sure the lights help- Very friendly and attentive staff - everything was really clean - property felt safe, pool and hot tub area very clean with stocked towels. Additional $20 pet fee for my dog but worth it- updated bathrooms with more than sufficient hot water and pressure- recommended

Very welcoming staff, hot, hot tub! Pool and sauna were great! Played pool and air hockey on a rainy day. Met some of the other guests and enjoyed conversation. We will be back!! And recommend!

Walls pretty thin can literally hear the other neighbors in the other rooms sadly, doors are connected. Everything else was good, would of been cool if the net was up for tennis maybe due to the weather. In addition it was a nice experience very staff friendly.

The jacuzzi room was excellent. It was in it's own cabin, which was also great. We didnt realize the restaurant/bar was closed though. Overall, it was a great place to stay.

Beautiful property, clean, and well-kept. Location is very convenient (approximately 10 min from Loon). Room and amenities are spotless and roomy, perfect for a family of 4. Staff are very friendly. We Will definitely come back again.

Visited during winter and during a snowstorm. The rooms are updated, simple but clean. Included breakfast is good. We happened to have some noisy neighbors and the noise travels but not too late. Overall a great value.

We had two rooms each with three queen beds for a quick trip up to ski. It was easy convenient and the breakfast made everything easy to get to the mountain

The suite was great for a ski weekend. Super close drive to Loon and both Licoln and Woodstock centers. Staff is accomodating and very pleasant.

Great stay for the skiing slopes. Warm pool and hot tub are great after a day in cold weather. Continental breakfast is standard, dinner on premise is convenient and not too expensive. The room was clean and in good condition.

Cute lil resort and close to everything! If you’re visiting the ice, castles loon Mountain Wales, tail anything in the Lincoln Franconia area it’s a cute little spot. It’s got an indoor pool indoor hot tub, outdoor pool cute grounds beds are comfortable.

Upon arrival the heating unit in our room was broken. Asked Front Desk to have someone fix it and after 3 walk up to front desk (not in same building), maintenance finally came and brought us a heating unit for room. We had to sit in room for over an hour with our hat, gloves and coat on. Requested room change and was not offered. For the price, this is not what we expected.

The hotel was clean, the indoor pool was great with the jacuzzi. We stayed for the ice castles and loon mountain and the staff was great. The free breakfast was delicious and if we ever come back we would stay here again.

This has been our second stay at Woodwards. The staff is very kind. The kids love the breakfast and the pool and the rooms are always clean.

We liked the location, ease of check in and the continental breakfast. Our room smelled a somewhat musty and the area on the far right side of the property looked a little dumpy. Other than that, we were happy with our stay.
