"Our room was very clean and very comfortable. The balconyโ€™s view was gorgeous with the changing leaves! The one thing that did disturb me was that we came into a room with a box of tissues that had two tissues left in it and the soap, little soap, container and moisturizer container that were on the sink have been used by prior guests and I have never seen that before. I certainly was not going to use them. One last thing is, I tried to call the front desk to ask a question and no one answered in the evening. I try again that next morning and no one answered again. But other than that, the property is very nice. The people working there are all very nice. We had a nice time listening to the music and the singer and guitarist was really really good. But we paid for a room and they were choosing crackers out in the bar area and we were unable to go get some cheese and crackers, even though it was 730 at night and we had already dined out after coming back from looking looking at the the leaves and after visiting the town of Littleton. I felt this was absolutely ridiculous. We had asked the bartender and apparently it was for people who were paying for the buffet $40 apiece. Anyway, overall, we had a very nice time at the resort and we definitely come back again."

"Beautiful property. Immaculate grounds. Well located outside the bustle of the Village but still very close to everything. The only downfalls are room was not automatically cleaned and although the selection at breakfast buffet was very nice, hot foods werenโ€™t kept warm. Breakfast potatoes appeared to be reheated latkes which would have been fine but they werenโ€™t warm enough and dried out."

"We loved staying here! The ice was conveniently bagged in ziplock bags, the tvs all have streaming services so you select your check out date, log into whatever streaming service you have and it logs you out when you check out. The staff is very kind and accommodating, they have fire pits and you just pay $6 and they give you a lighter and bucket of wood. Everything was very clean and no bugs or dirt or stains on anything. We will be back!"

"I'm satisfied with everything in the hotel except the fire alarm happened on the Tuesday night (10/6/2026). We were waiting outside of the hotel for more than 1 hour. We were tired after a whole day activity. But we can't go to my room to get rest."

"Cute cabin location by the river with river access. They have a game room, fire pit, grill, and out door oven. Easy check in. It is outdated but feels like camping in a real cabin. There are heaters but they're not powerfull enough to keep you warm. It is cold at night. (Plan ahead for that). I would come back and pack a heating blanket next time."
