"Need to move furniture when vacuuming rooms, TV was a little temperamental, very sad the tower wasnโt open. :( slightly better bulbs in the lamps. Staff was very helpful, facilities were quiet, except for the pools obviously. :) Beds were nice as was our overall stay. Thanks!"

"The beds were pretty uncomfortable, no supplies given for the kitchen (dish soap, plates,dishes) and a few things needed to be fixed in our room (doors, floor), but it was all in all a good stay- plenty to do for the kids (indoor and outdoor pool, game room) and free breakfast was an added plus. Would def stay again"

"The whole room was clean. The whole experience was excellent. That's why we've been going there for so many years ! We started to go to Loon Mountain Resort since 2003. My son was 6 months old. He will be 23 years old in December. We started with a room above the check-in office. We have been there, until 2016 in late August. We have been in the condos on the left side many times. We haven't been there because we were going every year since to Europe and Asia as well. We love the experience, that's why we returned !!! Excellent"

"The beds were comfortable and really clean, the staff so nice and helpful. Breakfast was clean and plentiful it was the typical cereal bagels toast hard boiled eggs and waffles. The grounds is under alot of renovations which it needs from obvious aging however I see the progression and based on price and staff and them trying we would definitely return. The cleaners need to spend more time cleaning the rooms because the carpet needed a better vacum and the bathroom needed a good bleach scrubbing however we were staying one night so we skipped the shower. It's a cheap stay with no bugs so we appreciated it. I can see when renovations are done it will be a nice place to stay at."

"The room was big, and exactly as listed. Good price. Several small issues. Cable box in one room didnโt work. 3 out of 5 soap dispensers didnโt work. Shower in the master suite had a leak and sprayed water all over the bathroom, wetting a large area. Doors and windows missing hardware. We liked the room enough that those things didnโt matter as much as they may seem issues though!"

"We stay here once or twice a year and have been very happy with this property. We bring our grandchildren and there is plenty of room for everyone. The townhouses are clean and neat and in good working order. The staff is friendly and helpful and we enjoy the pools and the game room."
