"Room was not equipped with glasses, only paper cups. The coffee machine was not emptied and we had to do that. It wasn’t easy to do. The elevator had a smell in it, the carpet needed to be shampooed.

"This is a fine option if you just want a barebones room to crash in while visiting Milan. The staff is very nice and professional. Our room for 3 was quite small and the outside wall was baffingly banged up and dirty. The rest of the room was fine - the bathroom was nicely updated which clashed with the rest of worn-down room. "Breakfast and coffee had started at 7 each morning, but with being in Milan there was plenty of options.
I chose the property for its location, being a 15 min walk to the cathedral and another 15 min walk to the canal restaurant area.
