"I haven’t stayed at that good of a hotel in a long time. This iconic hotel may be well over 120 years old but you won’t find a cooler place to stay if you are visiting the Stockyards. I love the fact they still give actual keys to your hotel room. From the valet parking to hotel check-in and the onsite H-3 Ranch restaurant, it’s so convenient to stay here and the price is cheaper than the big chain hotels!! I’ll be staying here again. "

"The hotel is a lovely old building in a perfectly convenient location in downtown Fort Worth. Sundance Square is in easy walking distance as are various public transport options such as the bus to The Stockyards and the train to Dallas. Our room on the 6th floor was lovely with a nice comfortable bed. All the staff we encountered were helpful and friendly. "We booked through a 3rd party who messed up our payment but the hotel handled it smoothly. Our room was nice, everything was very clean. The beds were SUPER comfy. There were plenty of plugs for our devices and that makes me happy. AC worked brilliantly. Breakfast was good and, surprisingly, the coffee was pretty good too (hotel coffee is never good).
