Hotel Dekat Levy Park

"The bed was very comfortable. The hotel needs to address the following: The shower isn’t safe . There are no grab bars. The tv doesn’t work because it takes forever to “load” when you hit guide. Soooo slow! Needed another garbage can in the bathroom. No bag to stash our dirty clothes. No mouthwash. Very dark hallways that are hard to walk in. Lighting in the room was insufficient. The bread choices in the restaurant were boring and we had to ask for salt and pepper 2 times. Our omelette...

"Very disappointing experience. We had to wait more than 15 minutes for an elevator—even though there are four, it seemed like only two were actually working. On top of that, the elevator stopped oddly at multiple floors even without anyone pressing the buttons, which made the wait even worse. This place is a hazard tub and sinks not draining, old sheets with worn thin spots,elevators not working, homeless people I could go on and on. They told my sister she could use the elevator and she got stuck on it. They should shut down while renovating. It is unfair to the clients."

"It will be a stunning hotel.. eventually. It is still basically a construction site. Construction workers all over the place & construction dust everywhere. We got stuck in the elevator because they turned the electric off.. when we said something to the front desk, they said "oh, yeah the construction guys had to turn off the power for a little bit". If you're booking 6-8 months since this post, then I'm sure your stay will be beautiful. If it's before that, I would bring a hard hat."

"Nice hotel with a great breakfast buffet. If youre gluten free ask, they have gf bagels. Very nice staff. However, if you are a light sleeper ask for a room away from the freeway. It’s very loud. Or do what we did. Earplugs. Overall good experience."
