"While this was a beautiful hotel with infinite pool, the French customer service is bad. House keeping keeps your room cleaned everyday. This hotel only have one restaurant so you can only eat twice breakfast with is buffet and then dinner. If you're a person who likes to stay at the hotel during vacation I recommend you find a hotel that offers more food options. However, there is food nearby you'll need a taxi. Overall, I enjoyed my stay outside of the restaurant."

"Easy to access beach and strip to walk. Perfectly located close to airport for beautiful each picture and plane landing attractions. Staff wasn’t very nice but just brushed it off as they may have been pulling a long shift, but it seemed that’s was the overall experience with rude employees so I’m deducting 2 stars. Room was nice basic for what you need to do."

"The resort is in need of serious repair & renovation. The plumbing didn't with properly & we were instructed to put toilet tissue in the trash instead of the toilet, just disgusting. The shower/tube has drainage issues. THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! NEVER RETURNING, DO NOT RECOMMEND!"

"My family and I had a wonderful stay at Simpson Bay Resort, Marina and Spa. The check-in and check-out were very quick and smooth. The staff were very friendly and the property is clean and well-maintained. The room was spacious and allows for long stays as it has a full kitchen. "We arrived around 4pm and were checked in immediately. My room was very clean. Had a 1BR unit and It was surprisingly large. The mattress was very comfortable. It was a very charming unit. Had a fully equipped kitchen. Had breakfast the next morning in the restaurant and It was very good. Although we only stayed for one night, we were able to stay at the beach on check out day, with no additional charge. The reception area was extremely nice and accommodating. Highly recommend. "Arrived at night and the neighborhood seemed a bit sketchy but, upon getting checked in and hearing the sound of the water, everything was all good. Room was very nice. We had room #7 and you stepped out of the door and you were literally like 10 feet away from the beach - couldn't have been happier. Nice high ceiling with a ceiling fan. Fridge and two burners to cook if you needed/wanted to and also a microwave. Great location - a 10 minute walk to so many different restaurants and bars...

"The place is decent to stay if you’re a solo traveler or if you feel like you’ll spend more time out of your room than in it. I took cold showers the entire time I was there, which I was not fond of. I let the staff know that the hot water wasn’t working but I guess it was out of their control because nothing was done to accommodate me. All in all, I would rate it a 3/5. It was decent for the price outside of not having hot water be available."

"Staff were very helpful especially the ones at the front desk very informative . The ones at the bar were not so nice did not want to assist much we were sitting by the pool and ordered they told us they not coming over there we would have to back over for our drinks which I thought was crazy .went early in the morning there was one guy in a blue shirt we try to get information about calling a taxi he brush us off like nobody’s the housekeeping was very polite ."
