"The staff were not very nice but I enjoyed the room and the people that we met at the resort. It was very clean and had a good vibe. It's relaxing and still close to the downtown area. I went during carnival season so maybe the staff were overworked but I saw a staff member continue to stare at her phone when a guest was asking a question. "Beautiful property, quiet and well kept. Only downfall is location is on the French side of the island and without a car things get very expensive getting taxis to and from things to do. If planning to stay at this resort please know it’s on the French side which means it’s not close to the popular tourists attractions. Otherwise decent resort."
