"Great villa , beautiful property right by Grand Case beach only thing that’s missing is a nearby shop and no microwaves in the room. So if you have an expensive dinner be prepared to eat it all seeing that you will have nowhere to heat it up. If it wasn’t for our private driver a $350 lobster would’ve gotten thrown away. Our only complaint."

"The location of the stay was in the hills of Sint Marrten. A very unique experience for us. Did not like the 'heights' of all the hills, but did enjoy the spacious condo and ocean views at Princes Heights. The kitchenette was small, but the views and balcony size were wonderful. Absolutely did not like Dawn beach, was over powdered by seaweed/moss and a terrible stench. Had to travel Marigot and Philipsburg to the Caribbean sea to achieve what we came to St Martin for. Thanks"

The happy hour menu at the pool bar was great as was all of the included amenities. The resort was conveniently located close to the airport and there were many restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance. I would definitely stay here again on our next visit and recommend it others looking to visit Sint Maarten."
