"The hotel itself is in the perfect location in front of the beach and all the amenities of Orient Bay. The room was nice with an amazing view (choose Ocean view) and parking was easy (but it was low season). Cleaning was good, even if the fridge in the room was always leaking and the bathroom shower needed a bit of more maintenance. "This was a good place and good location. Easy walk to Mullet Bay Beach. Within 5-10 minutes driving to shopping and restaurants. Some damage in bathroom from water and condition was good, but not amazing. Communication was good and they were responsive and helpful."

"I had high hopes for this resort, but unfortunately it was a disappointing stay. The only real highlight was the ocean view from the balcony, which was absolutely beautiful. The room itself was in poor condition and clearly needs maintenance. The bathroom had rust around the toilet hinges, mold and grime around the shower, a broken shower faucet handle, and deteriorating caulking around the sink mirror. The jacuzzi tub was dirty and looked like it hadn’t been properly cleaned in a long time....

"This is my 2nd time staying at the property. The property & room are clean, I did not use the pool, but I could see it from my ocean view room. It does not appear that any other guest used it either. The breakfast was nothing much... my 1st stay we were given ham & cheese croissants, this time just plain ( I assume a budgeting issue). "Julie was extremely kind and helpful. She had suggestions of places to stay and see. We had a bit of an issue with our room on one of the nights and she took the time to show us other rooms and place us elsewhere in the vicinity, which felt above and beyond! All the rooms are gorgeous and feel like luxury."

"The place was very clean and the view was beautiful the pictures definitely didn’t do the view any justice! You must see it in person Hosts were always available and quick to respond when I needed anything and check in/out was seamless. I would definitely recommend"
