"Second visit to this property. Great location, although could use better lighting by Hampton Sign on the road- poor visibility in the evening. Booked the king room with jacuzzi tub - was excellent. Bed/bedding very comfortable, room clean and spacious. Loved the soaps/lotions in full size containers offered. More eco friendly than a million little plastic bottles - and the brand, Kind, was quality - not stinky. Also love the bonus of sitting out by the small pond behind the property -...

"Check in was easy, but that's about it. The room was on the 3rd floor walk up, which we were not informed in advance. The room very was very small and included the bare minimum-A bed, 2 night tables and a tv. For what we paid, I would have at least expected a couple bottles of water or a welcome packet. Nada. We stayed at the inn next door (not in The Lenox Collection) the night before and it seemed luxurious in comparison. Would have rather stayed there but they were full."
