"I spilled an ENTIRE cup of cocoa I was making for my niece. The clerk on was a very kind, friendly young man named Paul. I have worked as a chef for 30 years, the cocoa went EVERYWHERE. He got a mop bucket , I started cleaning my mess up I just know what its like to walk into a mess!! Left by someone else. Paul said "you dont have to finish, ill do it no problem. "The location of this hotel is excellent, right in the town center of Lenox, close to all the shops and restaurants. I was a little concerned initially about the reviews I read regarding the level of cleanliness of the rooms which I am extremely particular about. The room was very clean so maybe the issue has been addressed. Communication with staff via text which normally would be concerning was also very prompt and quick. "I enjoyed relaxing by the firepit. The only thing that could of made it a better stay would be free breakfast or at least coffee and tea. They have a Starbucks and area where you can purchase items but it was more like self serve and pay at reception desk."

"The rooms are not at all fancy, but perfect for a family if you want to get away for a few nights. We went with my 3, 4, and 7-year-olds and spent two nights playing in the pool, mini-golfing, and hitting the arcade once or twice.
