"My wife and I had a lovely three night stay at The Blackbird and would definitely book again. The staff were friendly and attentive, the room was great and had air con, and the breakfast was nice with decent choice. There was a bit of noise from the rooms upstairs as you could hear toilets being flushed and chairs being moved but that is the only criticism. Honestly, one of the best stays we’ve had in London, including some of the big hotels!"

"Jazz and the entire staff at Hand and Flower are the best! We felt so welcomed from the start and were sad to leave. The pub is so fun and the food is delicious and reasonably priced. We loved our included breakfast each morning and ate dinner there each night. Ryan the bartender was fantastic! The rooms are designed so cool and were spotless with comfy beds. "Definitely small double room as per old London standard. You have to be physically fit in order to manage yourself in this tiny room. Comfy bed. Very clean. Friendly staffs. Worth the money. If you want bigger rooms, try looking at newer area like Canary Wharf."

"We stayed in a suite overlooking Kensington Gardens. Pokice horses would walk by. The location is ideal, walking distance to Hyde Park, Serpentine, a concert at Royal Albert Hall. The decor is beautiful, modern and everything we required was to hand. I sunk into the bed. It was an extremely quiet unit, no night noise at all. We had a lift opening directly into the unit. All staff were extremely helpful and attentive. A dream stay. "

"The staff was AMAZING!!! The breakfast was also very good. The room was very nice. It was clean and the kitchen was reasonably sized and outfitted. The only complaints we have about the room are: - the layout of the bathroom door which was right next to the bed with a narrow path between the bed and the wall - no air conditioning (and opening the window resulted in traffic noise)"

"Very convenient location near Earl’s Court underground station. Also walkable to restaurants and shops. Clean comfortable room and friendly staff. Tea & coffee plus fresh fruit always available in lobby which is nice if you are on the go. Only negative was the lift was not working but the staff helped me with my luggage. Would stay here again.
