I have 2 minor complaints though: * Privacy/sound insulation, while good and wasn't an issue could be improved. Most notably is the door has some space let's sound in. * Spa. We had couples massage and while massage was good room itself could be better. I was at Four Seasons Palo Alto SPA and I liked it better there. "
