"We were never helped with the luggage to begin with. At the time of our arrival the entire corridor was being cleaned to it made it hard to get access to our room. Paris was going through an extreme heat wave yet the room temperature and acs didnt seem to work. On the last night we lost power in the night a were abruptly awaken drenched in sweat. We were forced to leave the property early as it was unbearably hot. The elevators were down and it was absolutely dark and hot. Once again no one...

"I enjoyed the elegance of the furniture and decor . The pool and spa was very beautiful . I liked the fact that we could reserve the pool and have it to our selves for the whole hour .the staff were very courteous and very helpful to book tours and shows . I highly recommend this hotel ."

"Everything was top notch. We were there during a heatwave of 3 straight days of 102+ temperatures and the A/C struggled to keep up but pretty understandable. Paris isn’t built to get that hot, so you can’t hold that against Les Bains. Other than that, we greatly enjoyed our stay. The location of being in the Haute Marais was also a great perk. Literally walkable to any of the major spot, other than the Eiffel Tower, but it’s also located only a few minutes to the Metro 3 and also a few minutes...
