"Wir haben als Familie im Casa Gem BnB übernachtet und waren super zufrieden. Die Gastgeberin und Ihre Familie haben alles dafür getan, das wir uns wie Zuhause und wohl gefühlt haben. Das Frühstück wurde jeden Morgen frisch zubereitet und war auch ausreichend. Bei Fragen und Wünschen wurde uns immer sofort von der Gastgeberin geholfen-selbst wenn es mal eine private Angelegenheit gab bezüglich eines Ausflugs wurde uns sofort geholfen und haben Tipps für den nächsten Ausflug bekommen. "Friendly people! I like that the localtion is not in a hotel zone but rather in a nice neighborhood with eating options. One negative was that the WIFI signal did not really reach our room upstairs. Also be advised, no coffee on premise. - we found a nice cafe nearby though! "

"The property itself was very nice inside the unit, definitely off the beaten path but for the price we couldn’t have asked for more, friendly staff even with language barrier. Unfortunately the pool was being filled at time of arrival and not available until the following day. There was confusion with our booking as I had received confirmation from Expedia and that I could pay upon arrival at property, however when we arrived they said we didn’t have a reservation as payment was not processed...

"Friendly hosts. Gave us option to upgrade our continental breakfast which was reasonable. :) Also was able to use a guest kitchen which helped with the budget since Holbox is not terribly cheap."
