First, we were in a totally different building than where we had to check in. Which meant we didn't have direct access to the amenities, ie pool, casino, registration, security, concierge. Second the unit could definitely use updating. The curtains were rather nasty. There was only 1 half roll in each bathroom for 4 people for 5 days, with no extra in the unit at all. When we asked the maid service in the hall for more toilet paper, they told us it was a different cleaning company than them and that our unit was privately owned and not part of Jockey club so they could not provide us with more toilet paper. We went to the registration desk to get some help and were told the same thing. Luckily they were kind enough to provide us with extra, which they did not have to do that since the condo was privately owned. The unit was apparently cleaned before we arrived, so I can't understand why they would not provide a basic necessity such as toilet paper.
Lack of communication from concierge about where to get a taxi, and any info regarding the unit. No direct connection to the owners. This made things a little annoying, having to run all around to to get a basic necessity.
