"Room had dirty towels still hanging behind the door, used soap in the shower, night stand and table not wiped down. The hotel smells old when you walk in. Impossible to talk to front desk as there is one line for in house guests as front desk is all kiosk based. The potential is there as it is a unique property. I just expect a clean room regardless of the price I am paying. Wish MGM would invest a little in the place."

"My room was cleaned daily. The staff was really helpful because I lost my key to my suitcase lock and they cut the lock off for me."

"Room was very nice and clean and comfortable. Loved the pool and lazy river. However, the walk from the parking to the lobby to your room is so far and hard when carrying all your luggage. As well as the walk to the pool and back. But overall loved the hotel and had a great stay. "
