"The room is always clean. The cleaning staff/wait staff/ front desk/ security/ bellboys are friendly and approachable. The pool always has fresh water and minimal chlorine in it. It is family-friendly, my son has special needs and we stay here for 6 days. I feel safe around the staff and patrons in here. I definitely highly recommend this place. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟"

"This apartment was wonderful! It had many beds, all comfortable and it was equipped with everything we needed. The location is excellent with Puerto Cancun just being across the street. The apartment has a wrap around patio with spectacular views to Isla Mujeres and the harbor. The only negative I would say is that the apartment has some rules we weren't aware of.
