"It is much older than it looks in the pictures and many things didn’t work, there were quite a few mosquitoes. I originally did not get the room that I ordered and paid for, but then they fixed it when I brought it to their attention. It’s a function of how to tell with the kitchen and the beds are comfy so they try hard and the staff are wonderful."

"The staff was great and very nice. The problem is that the one pool closes and 6pm, the other pool closes at 8pm, the pool bar closes at 6pm, the burger place closes at 5pm, and they also only allow you to get one clean pool towel per day. With the fact that this is a hotel and not a resort, there is not much to do when everything closes early. It seems like this hotel is more designed for the older crowd."

"Personal de recepción poco amables. El check in duró más de 30min. Pedí una hora más para el check out que es a las 11am y no hubo manera. Nunca había estado en un hotel con el check in tan temprano. Una persona de recepción, no sé si era el gerente muy prepotente. El servicio en habitaciones muy bueno. La alberca excelente! El servicio de bar muy bueno y la música en vivo nos gustó mucho."
