"Hotel is alright. Its split in two so for some things you have to walk to the opposite end of the hotel. Staff wasn't very friendly only in the fancier restaurant staff was great! Everything is old such as towels, sheets with stains, no mat for bathroom. We had to use our hand towel. NO WI-FI in rooms was a big one for us. Food and drinks decent. Wanted coffee before our bus left at 730am and coffee wasn't ready when coffee shop opened at 7am. There was a gap from 11-12pm that there wasn't...

"A/c in the room was terrible. Call maintenance around 2AM because we couldn't sleep. Maintenance messed with thermostat left saying give it time to cool down. Around 10am we called agin. A different maintenance man came. Put the order in. Said they know the a/c isn't working properly don't know why they booked that room.
Buffet was terrible. They have them nights. Not open buffet like other resorts. Room service has better options but not many. Are picky on dress code not an upscale resort for...
