Kia Ora Siu-FungWe had a detailed look at your review.We do apologise for the inconvience caused due to some of the items no being as per your standards. The hotel does not advertise of any services that it does not offer at this point. With terms of serving every this day. You would have to request for the service to be done at the reception a day prior as sop we can enter the room to do so.I can assure you that the water in the pool is checked for quality standards on day to day basis and any sign of impurity is brought to our attention.
