"This hotel had Great Lake views, very peaceful and serene. It was slightly off the main drag so quieter street and not immediately in the fray upon leaving hotel. Staff was always polite, helpful, friendly. Breakfast was plentiful, varied and delicious. Highly recommend!"

"Rooms were disgusting, rats in the ceiling, dirty bedding and poor overall service. So dirty. The cafe qaolaa is good. Left after a night of no sleep. The manager said there's nothing they can do and refused to refund for the second night we didn't stay. "

There were no dairy alternatives for milk which was tricky but fine. The masala dosa for breakfast was very nice. A few more towels would be great! "
