Our room was very clean and very comfortable with lots of amenities that made for a very nice stay we had a balcony with the most amazing view. All the staff were cheerful and very professional. It is beautifully decorated, the staff are very helpful, great location, extensive European breakfast in a beautiful room overlooking Lake Como. I ate dinner there on my first night and it was very good. Our room was a king deluxe overlooking the adjacent piazza. It was spacious and including a small fridge and microwave.
