The room was so comfortable, came with in room air conditioning, and offered fantastic views and amenities. I can speak highly enough of this hotel. From the breakfast, to the room, cleanliness, and service. Everything was impeccable."

"The hotel rooms are extremely small and feel quite cramped, making it difficult for a couple to comfortably unpack and spread out their belongings. The staff, particularly some of the bartenders and security personnel, came across as unfriendly and unwelcoming. During breakfast, I was asked more than five times whether I was actually staying at the hotel, which felt unnecessary and uncomfortable. The breakfast service was also very slow.
