"The views from the Lake View Terrace rooms were incredible and everything we expected and more! The firm bed was comfy and the bathroom offering everything you’d expect, with a brilliant shower. "The hotel was exceptionally better than I thought! It is in such a beautiful location surrounded by amazing Mountain View’s and only 1 minute away from lake como beach area behind the property. The hotel itself is a little dated but kept in excellent condition and very clean! Parking is available and the staff were incredibly nice. I would stay in this property again and highly recommend it. "

"Great lake view. Very helpful staff. Superb location near Villa Carlotta and the mid-lake pier. The food at the restaurant was excellent.The only down-side was that on checking out at 6 am we had to use the emergency exit."

"Great property, friendly and helpful staff with an outstanding terrace that give breathtaking views of the surroundings. The hotel offers a convenient shuttle to the center of Bellagio which really save one with regards to parking in Bellagio city center. Great stay and experience and would return for sure."

"Hotellet ligger på en magisk plats, restaurangen levererade en underbar middag. Frukosten höll god kvalitet. Rummet var rent och avsvalat. Tyvärr fick vi ingen info att fjärrkontrollen till AC fanns att hämta i receptionen så vi sov med öppet fönster och trafiken utanför var mycket högljudd och störande. Bra att veta för kommande gäster. Vi är glada att vi bokade parkeringen"
