"We stayed here 2 nights pre cruise with a group of 40. They were very accommodating and helpful in every way. The rooms are small but nicely arranged. We really enjoyed this location as it is central for toying around the city. The train station is very close and there's even someone in there to answer questions and help you with tickets."

"Booking online was simple, but having a sibling that needs wheelchair access was next to impossible to reach anybody at the hotel. They don’t respond through the Hotels.com messaging app. They don’t answer their phones and yet they’re open 24 x 7 x 365. The space is pretty nice. The food is pretty good. There are no complaints."

"We booked this as had early morning flight and was short taxi drive to airport. About 20 mins. It's reasonably priced but room was a bit cramped and walls paper thin so didn't get the best sleep. Not a lot to eat in the area but plenty of nightlife. Was travelling with young children so didn't get to try sadly. Breakfast was also a bit disappointing, minimal selection but ok. All in all, clean and convenient and fine for a couple of nights "

"It was adequate for a night stay. Super small accommodations but this hotel is meant to be for transients, not extended stays. Very small rooms but fine for one night. It is located at the Jewel in Changi so there are plenty of shops but it is about a 15-20 minute walk to Terminal 2."

"I stayed here for a short layover. Overall, the stay was decent. Positives: The room was quite spacious and the basic amenities were fine. The property is a bit dated, but reasonably well maintained. Cleanliness was decent, but there’s definitely room for improvement. Things to be aware of: The biggest issue is the location. It is often advertised as being 3–5 km from Changi Airport, but it’s actually around 15–16 km away. Travel time can be 40–45 minutes during the day, so don’t rely on it being “close” to the airport. The hotel is also not centrally located. There are a few local food options nearby, but not much if you’re looking to explore Singapore or enjoy a wider variety of restaurants. This is more about the area than the hotel itself. Getting a Grab during off hours can also take some time, so plan accordingly. I didn’t try the breakfast, so can’t comment on that. Overall: Good for a quiet stay, but not ideal if you want quick airport access or a central location."
