"Not the fault of the facility, lightning had destroyed the elevator control council and the Ice machine on our floor. I am 76 with bad arthritis and don't do stairs well, but there were no rooms available on the first floor. When we got to our room, the toilet would not stop running. The handle sticks down, and I had to bend the float rod to get it to stop running. Had to lift the handle after that. The air conditioner was very loud when the compressor kicked in. "All I can say, is that they were not very helpful and courteous. My room was not cleaned the 3 nights I was there. I have so much to say, but Ill keep it to myself."

"The property is very nice and great for a short stay. I’d give 5-stars but our ac didn’t work and there isn’t anyone that works the desk so we couldn’t report it. Right on the square and close to a lot. We will stay again."

"The rooms were very nice and clean I loved it it was cozy. Breakfast was delicious. Waffle makers kind of slow due to the amount of people that were waiting in line. Staff was excellent very friendly and always smiled which is something I always pay attention too. I didn’t go out to stores,but I know it was a Walmart very close to hotel."

"The furniture in the rooms and lobby was torn and stained. Bathtub stoppers were disabled and not able to bathe the children. Staff was not offer any solutions just stating under new management and renovation staff was very dismissive to the customer concerns. Observed staff do the same to other customers. I encouraged customer to write a complaint. Staff would not provide information to corporate. We came for the 4th of July our best ti.e was being away from the hotel."

"The room was large. The shower drain didn’t drain well so it pooled up. Furniture in the room was tearing and torn up. Overall a clean budget hotel."

"My son & I stay here every year for a week when he's got Coding Camp because of the yummy free breakfast, pool and the employees. They have all been nothing but nice and accommodating. They've allowed me late checkout because I can't pick my son up until 4pm so that's ALWAYS a great thing for me. We'll be back next year."
