"Hotel had clean rooms, responsible Staff & a good but limited breakfast."

"Not the fault of the facility, lightning had destroyed the elevator control council and the Ice machine on our floor. I am 76 with bad arthritis and don't do stairs well, but there were no rooms available on the first floor. When we got to our room, the toilet would not stop running. The handle sticks down, and I had to bend the float rod to get it to stop running. Had to lift the handle after that. The air conditioner was very loud when the compressor kicked in. "The property is very nice and great for a short stay. I’d give 5-stars but our ac didn’t work and there isn’t anyone that works the desk so we couldn’t report it. Right on the square and close to a lot. We will stay again."

"AVOID! EVERYTHING is out of date, including the elevator safety certificate. Dripping faucet all night. 'Continental breakfast' is non-existent."

"The rooms were very nice and clean I loved it it was cozy. Breakfast was delicious. Waffle makers kind of slow due to the amount of people that were waiting in line. Staff was excellent very friendly and always smiled which is something I always pay attention too. I didn’t go out to stores,but I know it was a Walmart very close to hotel."

"Parking was very easy as I could able to access my room from the backdoor. Given my hand condition I felt relief that I could able to load and unload stuff without much effort. That being said I have to admit that this is the least clean or poor quality inn’s I’ve ever been. Sinks and bathrooms are so moldy and unclean."

"Rooms were clean and staff was very nice. But there was no continental breakfast."

"The furniture in the rooms and lobby was torn and stained. Bathtub stoppers were disabled and not able to bathe the children. Staff was not offer any solutions just stating under new management and renovation staff was very dismissive to the customer concerns. Observed staff do the same to other customers. I encouraged customer to write a complaint. Staff would not provide information to corporate. We came for the 4th of July our best ti.e was being away from the hotel."
