"Staff, restaurant, property was very nice. I would go back again, except that the indoor swimming pool and bowling alley are not connected to the hotel. You have to walk across the parking lot. If it was covered it might even be better; this is northern Illinois, weather is very unpredictable."

"I stayed in room 1330, right by the elevator. Around 3:00 p.m. on a Saturday, a maintenance employee entered my occupied room without knocking while I was changing. I had not requested maintenance, and there was no reason for anyone to enter my room. The room was clearly marked as occupied (red indicator light), so this wasn’t a case of entering a vacant room.
I immediately reported the incident to the front desk, but they couldn’t explain why maintenance entered my room unannounced. It left me...

"The room was smelled musty and had cobwebs in the bathroom. We noticed wallpaper coming off throughout the facility. They were busy and the staff was accomidating. The breakfast was good and offered a nice variety. Overall I feel this facility has not been kept up as in years past. "
