"This was our second time staying at this resort in the Family Selection with a large group and lots of kids, and both visits were excellent. A huge part of that is thanks to Josue, who truly went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. The Nest is fantastic, and Carlos at the pool was an absolute joy every single day—his energy and care made our experience exceptional. The pool bar bartenders were also consistently fantastic. "This location is prime for surfers and the beach is not overly busy. The property is very clean, food is good and it was nice to find little spots to hideaway from the kids for a coffee/break. Very well designed though a massive property (prepare to get your steps in). Our room was near/over one of the outdoor restaurants so we were woken to dragging furniture at 5am. other than that it was a great resort!"

The hotel is literally right on the sand, and our room had floor-to-ceiling windows plus a big private balcony overlooking the beach and sunset - absolutely beautiful.
