"Bien situé, excellent service de la part de l'équipe des lofts, mais malheureusement à notre arriver ce n'était pas propre. Mais après courriels et téléphone nous avons été déplacer au loft Dorchester qui est beaucoup mieux. Merci à Mila qui nous à aidés. Et aussi les photos presenter sur le site de hotel.com sont très trompeuses pour ne pas dire inexactes."

"This was a jewel in my trip. The street was being worked on, otherwise it probably would cost more. Regardless, it was clean, good breakfast, nice staff, and we didn't get to use the pool or exercise room. Highly recommend this place"

"Great place to stay for a Quebec City trip. Incredibly easy to access from the highway. We parked our car and then just used Uber to get around. The place was very clean and staff helpful. The only complaint is the kitchen staff seem to not know anything about Celiac disease/gluten allergy (which is required by law). I have severe Celiac disease and they acted as though they had no clue what I was talking about when I tried to ask a couple questions."

"Clean room, well maintained, comfy bed and pillows, and good quality bath products. The Kerug coffee maker and the large TV that allowed me to stream my own apps instead of being forced to pay an outrageous amount to rent a movie was a huge plus. A well maintained parking garage is just across the street so parking was easy. Hands down a wonderful place to stay."

"Room was clean and modern. Bar was cozy and fun. Views were great from all windows of the hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Dinner at Il teatro was top notch"

"The breakfast was good but the cleaning staff would barely come and clean, the garbage was always full and the towels were never washed even after we complied with the instructions. We also never saw a single staff."
