Pros: Property was clean and well-maintained. Parking was close to the property Cons: there’s no a/c inside the rooms. A/C is only available in the main living area. Stove was not working properly.

The property has promise but, the back door to the deck would not open. This posed a safety issue from fire. The pullout bed was in very poor condition and extra difficult to open. Not an easy task for a 70 and 80 yr. old. Also, 3rd floor with only stair access was difficult , especially with luggage. The atmosphere was lacking in warmth. Taxi service was excellent and much needed.

The loft is clean, beautiful, and well-furnished. The building is old so there is some natural wear and tear but that only adds to the charm. The soundproofing is okay, not terrible, but you can hear other guests walking up the stairs and some minimal noise from the street. The kitchen has plenty of utensils, cups, plates, cookware, and small appliances, but the stovetops are quite worn and the teapot is badly rusted. There are no filters for the coffee maker, sponges, or paper towels, so you'll have to buy them yourself. Also, the tiles on the terrace are in rough shape and need to be replaced. Besides that, everything else was great. The area is convenient -- a short walk to Rue Saint Joseph and the Old City, even in winter. Overall, a very enjoyable stay.

Very chic and elegantly appointed apartment but lacked some necessities such as paper towel, toilet paper. These things should be provided.

One of the three beds was drenched in water because of a leak in the ceiling. The bed sheets had yellow stains. Luckily they had washer dryer. Terrible service, do not recommend. Positve, close to absolutely everything

Tres bonne structure pour les reglement du sejour entrer facile dacces stationnement payant juste en avant proximité avec beaucoup de restaurant manque un peu de menage foyer au gaz non fonctionnel Pas de savon a lessive pas de savonna vaiselle et le systeme de chauffage ( termopompe non fonctionnelle Pleinte electrique barré a 21 degree nous avons eu un peu froid

Wow wow wow

Superbe loft très propre pour vraiment pas cher. Le stationnement juste en face très pratique. Nous étions 4 et avons passés du bon temps. Nous avons apprécié pouvoir se cuisiner notre souper. Il manquait par contre quelques petites choses (essuie-tout, nappe ou napperons, saran wrap ou papier aluminium, plat de service, bol à chips). La terrasse n’est présentement pas sécuritaire mais elle a l’air en rénovation. Nous espérons qu’elle le sera quand nous reviendrons sûrement cette été. Un endroit à retenir !

j'ai été impressionné par la grandeur du loft, pour le même prix qu'une petite chambre d'hotel. La présence de meuble en cuirette plutôt qu'en tissu est un gros plus pour moi, au niveau de la propreté. Même chose en ce qui concerne l'absence de tapis dans le loft. Le lit était super confortable. Nous étions situé à distance de marche de plusieurs resto et site à voir. Je vais en faire mon hébergement dans l'avenir lorsque j'irais à Québec.

Super Spot belle expérience

Nous avons adoré notre expédience dans le loft. Il est très bien situé entre la basse et la haute ville, proche de l'action. Facile d'accès et très convivial. Les deux seules choses est que la personne avec qui j'avais parlé chez Les lofts St-Vallier m'avait dit que nous allions avoir une vignette de stationnement mais nous ne l'avons jamais trouvé. La seconde est que le système de climatisation est dans la salle principale. Le froid se rend moins bien dans la chambre.

On s'y sent à la maison

Superbe espace, grand et lumineux, bien aménagé, tranquille et très bien situé à quelques pas de la rue St-Joseph dans le cool quartier St-Roch et tout près de la rue St-Jean aussi. Le seul petit hic, le lit pourrait être plus confortable, pour ceux qui aiment les lits très fermes. Sinon un sans faute.

comme a la maison

très bel endroit très propre. ça sens l'humidité dans le couloir mais pas dans le loft. beaucoup de vaisselle de disponible allant même jusqu au plat tupperware. batterie de détecteur de fumé manquant. non déneigé, on a du le faire nous même. cafetière au percolateur que j'apprécie mais aurais aimé le savoir, j aurais apporté mon café. lit très dure
