"Laundry service was convenient. You do have to walk a little bit (like 20 minutes) to go the nearest restaurants to eat, but it’s so worth it. Walking to old Quebec is walkable but just super long. It’s better to Uber. I stayed in a studio and it was nice and cozy. No complaints. I loved the modern look."

"Fantastic location. You can walk through the park to the Old Town or in the other direction to Ave Cartier. Down the hill is Rue St Jean and Rue St Joseph where all of the great restaurants are. The place itself is clean and comfortable and the owners are super friendly. Totally recommend. "

"Sincerely enjoyed my stay at the Château des Tourelles in May 2025. Easy self-check in, with the team being very accessible by text and phone as needed. It was 20 minute walk or so to Vieux-Quebec, with other landmarks. It is an old building with a lot of charm and everything is kept in good working condition. "

"The property was spacious & had everything we needed! We received a link for online checkin a day before the stay & a code for building access after that. There are quite a lot of restaurants & a supermarket nearby. Transit to Old Quebec was just within 10 mins (4-5 stops by bus) so the location is very convenient. Everything was great! We will choose to stay here again next time when we visit Quebec city again. "
