"I’d definitely recommend this hotel to a friend. Pluses: - very friendly and helpful staff. - spacious room - very nice breakfast brought to your room each morning. - Nespresso coffee machine in the room - high quality Occitaine toiletries. - nicely designed and decorated rooms - convenient location - easy parking. Minuses: - Quebec City is hilly. Hotel is at the bottom of the hill. Attractions are at the top of the hill. Plenty of hilly walking. - small lobby."

"Gave 4 stars because of the following: bath was not clean, had to have someone clean it before I could use it, and someone came right away!. The bath faucet was leaking, so in need of some minor repairs. There is an outdoor patio, however, this area is not accessible by wheelchair. My room access card had to be reloaded multiple times until someone finaly informed us NOT to put it close to the celphones! On the positive notes, staff was friendly and very courteous, the suite was nice and...

"Very clean property. Check-in was virtual but had no issues. Responses to any questions were very quick. Location is great! Very close to Old Town area. Would absolutely stay here again. Wonderful experience and loved the rooftop patio. Great sunset views!"

"My room was not serviced (someone dropped towels - but room was not cleaned after my first night stay). Little effort by front desk staff when I was calling and asking about possible options for early check in, even around 15:30 when standard check in was advertised for 16:00 (so 30 mins before check in - it still took a lot of questions on my part to get the staff to finally answered that their was a room ready). Overall a nice hotel !"
