"I enjoyed the elegance of the furniture and decor . The pool and spa was very beautiful . I liked the fact that we could reserve the pool and have it to our selves for the whole hour .the staff were very courteous and very helpful to book tours and shows . I highly recommend this hotel ."

"overall been a pleasant experience as generally the staff were very friendly.
a pity though when i noticed there were no one to assist on luggages while i saw 5 staff hogging around the reception area upon my arrival, trolling in myself the luggages. something uncalled for especially from a hotel that aclaimed 5 star."

"The staff was very accommodating and helpful with everything from uber rides to anything needed during our stay. The room was clean and the location was perfect! It would be helpful for guests to have the choice to have television channels in English, as all channels are in French."
