"Love , love this hotel the location is unsurpassed. The staff is beyond helpful and friendly and they’ve been working there for years. I’ve been staying here for many years and now with this new remodel and flag I don’t stay anywhere else. Easy walk to South Beverly Drive with all the coffee and breakfast places, shops and then from there, it’s another short walk to the golden triangle of Beverly Hills "

"Didn’t use the spa. The cvs was not very well stocked and extremely pricey. Target was better to shop at. Jennifer at the hotel was awesome and extremely helpful. On Friday, when checking out we had to wait over 30 minutes and call twice for a valet to help with the bags. And there was no valet to get our car. The app said to try back in 10 minutes. I told the staff at the front desk and he was useless. He did nothing. My husband and I are both handicapped. The male who checked me out seemed to be more interested in flirting with the two young ladies checking in ahead of me rather than helping me with my dilemma. "

The check-in team welcomed us with fresh-pressed juice and such a warm, gracious introduction to the property. It immediately set the tone for what would be a wonderfully relaxing stay. One of the best recommendations they made was encouraging us to take advantage of the spa before it closed for the evening. I’m so glad we did. The spa experience was absolutely bar none. The ambiance is so serene, luxurious, and the perfect way to unwind after a long day. The exceptional service continued with room service. The staff who took and delivered our order were incredibly kind and attentive, setting up both our evening and early morning dining experiences in such a lovely way. It truly elevated the comfort of our stay. Our room was immaculate and beautifully presented to help us settle in for the evening. Every part of the experience felt genuinely welcoming. If you’re planning a stay in Beverly Hills, I cannot recommend The Maybourne Beverly Hills enough. The service, spa, and overall hospitality made this a stay one that we’ll remember for a long time. "From the moment I walked in, I noticed the pleasant smell of their signature scent in the lobby, creating a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. The check-in process was quick and seamless. I can’t remember the name of the gentleman who checked me in, but he was incredibly kind and professional. He took the time to go over all of the hotel amenities and even made some great recommendations for shops and restaurants within walking distance, which I really appreciated. The room itself was very clean, spacious, and comfortable, making it easy to unwind and get a good night sleep. The hotel is also located in a great area that felt safe and convenient. When it was time to check out, Meghan assisted me and she was wonderful. She made the checkout process just as smooth as the check-in. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely stay here again."
