"Cute little motel. Booked a bedroom with 1 bed and the room size was spacious. Property and room were cleaned. Was very quiet and not once did we hear an ambulance and we were close to the hospital. Parking was a breeze. Property is kind of in a circle. 1 exit 1 entrance into property. Staff was friendly. AC worked amazing. Shower had hot and cold water however you had to leave the hot water running for about 5 mins before it started getting warm. Presume if water was decent. Bed was a little hard but for the price it was worth it. Will stay again if I go back to LA. Felt safe might plan a family trip here next time. "

"We had an issue with a person with mental issues, who was not a guest at the hotel, harassing us while we were trying to eat at the rooftop bar. We asked the staff to help us, and the response was “what can you do, right?”, and they let the woman continue to bother us. We asked to talk to a manager about the issue when we were checking out, and have yet to received a response almost a week later. The hotel itself is clean and pleasant, the desk staff was helpful, and it is generally a good value"

"I stayed at Century Park Hotel while my daughter was hospitalized nearby. Initially, our experience was positive—the room was clean, and the first two nights were comfortable. However, after extending our stay for an additional two nights, things took a very upsetting turn. Due to a miscommunication, valet apparently informed housekeeping that we were checking out that day when we were not. When we returned that evening, we were shocked to find that all of our belongings had been removed from the room and placed in trash bags behind the front desk. Even more concerning, several of our personal items were missing. The situation was handled very poorly. Staff appeared unsure of what had happened and placed the blame on housekeeping, rather than taking accountability or offering a clear explanation. The following day, I was able to locate a few of my missing items, including my mirror and straightener, but not everything was recovered. This experience left me feeling extremely uncomfortable and violated. While our stay started off well, the way this situation was handled overshadowed everything. I would strongly encourage the hotel to improve communication between staff and ensure better protocols are in place to protect guests’ belongings."

"This hotel is extremely clean. We love the wood floors in the hotel rooms rather than the carpet in most hotels. Beds are comfortable. Staff super friendly. Free coffee in the lobby. We stay here whenever in town."
