Unfortunately, not a great start of the holiday. Upon arrival and check in, the hotel tried to charge me for my stay with them again even though my stay at the hotel was paid in full, when booking this holiday, about 3 weeks before my arrival. They tried to tell me it was not paid. I had to show them all my documents to confirm my payment has been made. The person at the check in hardly apologised and said I could go to the second floor for a glass of wine.
Hotel it’s was great. My only other issue was the my room was not cleaned every day and I had to call the reception about this.
I spoke to the hotel manager my last night I spent here and he was great.
