"Every thing was great as far as amenities and overall stay. The only problem is the thin floor s, I could her the room above me open and close the bathroom door each time they went into it."

"Location is great if you have an early flight. The shuttle service was easy and prompt. Check in line was long but it went by fairly quickly. We could hear the people in the room next to us talking, so walls are thin. The room was large enough for two with plenty of space for luggage. The restaurant offers a nice variety of food and each meal we ordered was delicious. Servers were helpful and friendly."

"This was one of the most disappointing hotel stays I’ve had. The room clearly had a “No Marijuana” sign, yet the moment my children and I walked in, we were overwhelmed by a strong marijuana odor. It was unacceptable, especially for a hotel that claims to have a no-marijuana policy. I called the front desk immediately, but they said there were no other rooms available. "Pleasant stay overall. Conveniently located in El Segundo - easy commute to/fro work place. Room was clean and spacious. Hotel provided free daily breakfast - simple yet sumptuous rotating between bacon, sausages, etc each other day. Front counter provided hot water, coffee, tea bags and hot cocoa for guests. Overall good experience. Be great if each room can still come with a kettle in addition to the coffee maker and optional for guests to receive disposable room slippers would made perfect...

"All of the staff at this hotel, we’re friendly and accommodating in a very sincere way. Parking was easy. The room was pleasant and breakfast was great. A shout out to the breakfast crew that were really caring and generous. Would definitely stay again 100%.!"
