"Overall, a very pleasant stay with excellent staff and a great breakfast. We had a pleasant stay at Embassy Suites. The room was generally clean, and the staff were excellent; friendly, helpful and welcoming throughout our stay. There are a few areas that could use some updating. The tissue container in the bathroom looked quite old, some of the furniture had scratches, and the refrigerator was dated and did not close tightly. "Pleasant stay overall. Conveniently located in El Segundo - easy commute to/fro work place. Room was clean and spacious. Hotel provided free daily breakfast - simple yet sumptuous rotating between bacon, sausages, etc each other day. Front counter provided hot water, coffee, tea bags and hot cocoa for guests. Overall good experience. Be great if each room can still come with a kettle in addition to the coffee maker and optional for guests to receive disposable room slippers would made perfect...

"The rooms were very clean And the staff for the most part. The interactions that I had. We’re OK. The airport shuttle only worked from the airport to hotel when I tried to get the shuttle from the hotel to the airport. I’ve never got a response and had to take an Uber, and the shuttle took a very long time much longer than what it states on the website, or at the hotel that service could use improvementso for the shuttle two stars. I didn’t do laundry."
