The hotel is extremely close to LAX, the car rental center was right around the corner, the gym was also right there. The hotel itself was very clean, the staff was friendly and welcoming, the rooms were nicely decorated, and breakfast was quite satisfying. All in all, a very nice place to stay when you first arrive in LA

This hotel was super convenient to the airport. The room was spacious & clean. Where we had issues…There's no guest services assistance over the phone. We needed more towels, we had to find an employee in the hall & received towels 30 minutes later. We needed an iron, I had to go downstairs to the desk. They said it was being sent to my room. Over thirty minutes later I had to go back down to the front desk to request it again. Then I waited another 15 minutes before an iron was given to me almost making me late to my event. It was extremely frustrating…not sure if I’ll stay here again.

This hotel has very nice up to date and spacious suites (with the exception of a very week hairdryer), which are very clean. There is a nice fridge, sink, plates, etc. It has a shuttle to the airport (althought you can also easily walk to the LAX terminals). Most of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Where the hotel fell short was with its promised complimentary breakfast. On Saturday, breakfast was supposed to start at 7 and it was not ready. When we reported this to the staff member did not say sorry for the inconvenience and just said it was coming. On Sunday, there was no coffee, which is poor service. Given this promise of breakfast is appealing to many who stay at the hotel so they can get to LAX early in the morning it was disappointing that the hotel could not manage this benefit. I am not likely to stay again for this reason.

The room didn’t feel as clean as expected, being that we just stayed at the Anaheim Homewood property a month prior. The staff was not as friendly also. Parking fees for Hilton properties and especially here near LAX. At $55 is really ridiculous especially if the property isn’t as great as the other property we were at. We were looking forward to breakfast because we were so overwhelmingly satisfied with the Anaheim property. And staff really rude to customers just coming in a little late. They clean up everything and 10-15 prior to end time of breakfast they do not fill coffee or food. Feels so closed off on second floor and no complimentary coffee 24hrs like we expected. Most Hilton properties I’ve stayed at was available. Very very disappointing and won’t be back to stay.
