Some hotel receptionist cannot speak English, maybe the hotel can consider to get some translation machine so that the staff can easily communicate with the customers. The toilet flushing remote not working sometimes and the toilet's water tap didn't screw tightly, kitchen utensil like spoon, fork, bowl, knife not prepared in the room, probably need to go down to the lobby and get for it. Quite disappointed on these tiny matters.
