Value for money budget hotel. Includes decent breakfast, password access to room is convenient. No frills hotel. Usage of laundry and dryer is just 100yen for 30mins each, washing detergent provided. Great location to shopping malls and Hankyu train station.

The bathtub very slow emptying after washing my hair, properly it got clogging with my hair. But there was no such problem when I stayed in other hotels. Free breakfast but very very crowded, we stayed the hotel in weekdays, breakfast started at 7am , we went there around 7:10am , we cannot find seats to be seated together

Great stay
Stay was great. Super convenient location right next to Nishiki market and all kinds of shopping. Bus stations super close for visiting all the temples. Rooms were fantastic. Bathrooms are small but exactly what we expected for Japan. Breakfast was great. Loved our stay.
