Everything shopping was walking distance. Safe to walk around and find all the things you wanted and didn't know you wanted. Very clean and everything was easy and convenient to get to, whether by Taxi or bus. The hotel itself was amazing. The staff was so friendly and helped with what ever was needed. Will definitely stay again when I return to Kyoto.

フロントスタッフさん達皆様ご親切に色々と教えてくださりとても助かりました。 京都は、バス移動を覚えると電車より楽な気がします。(目的地によりますが) こちらのホテルは目の前や、大通りに出ればすぐにバス停があるので、その点はとても良かったです。 ただ、バス１日乗車券に新札を使えないのが難点でした😢

遅いチェックインとなり疲れていたが、迅速かつ丁寧で、雰囲気の良い対応にとても良い気持ちで宿泊出来ました。 チェックアウト時も、バゲージサービスのアテンドもスムーズで最後まで快適でした。 お風呂場の入り口に、自分のスリッパがわかるクリップ等、細かなところへの配慮も良かったです。
