ロビー及びエレベーターホールが暑い

省エネ？部屋はそこそこクーラー効くけど、廊下等は暑すぎる。 エレベーター待ちで立ちくらみするぐらい。 リピ組なので他は問題なし ビュッフェの手袋は良いアイデアやけど、おかわり時に使わない年寄りが多いから効果はどうかな？

施設とアクセスが抜群の驚きのホテル

朝食が充実している。ベッドが狭い。大浴場は快適。自販機はもう少し充実してほしい。京都駅や九条車庫や東寺駅から近くて便利。はす向かいにイオンがあり、フードコートも充実している。地下鉄バスの2日パスで、動きやすい。

大浴場は良かった。

宿泊者数に対してのキャパ不足なため朝食会場が狭く落ち着いて食事が出来ない。料理の内容にも満足できない。エレベーターが小さい。 大浴場は良かった。低反発枕の貸し出しも良い。アメニティの髭剃りが良くないと引率したスタッフから大ブーイング。

京都駅から近くないが歩いて行けました。ベットは広く浴場も良かったですが、脱衣場の足元が濡れていて不快でした。イオンが角迎えにあり東寺も近くてよかったです。

The pictures online when I did the booking did not match the room in reality. I know we were in Japan, so I was not expecting a huge space, however this room was extremely tiny, dirty, the covers on the bed had stains on them, the walls all over the room had brown stains on them and the bathroom had mould growing on the ceiling. It was by far the worst place I have stayed at. I was scared to breath or touch anything, I have travelled extensively and have stayed at airbnbs, luxury hotels and bed and breakfasts and hostels. None had been as terrible as this one. And the front desk lady when we checked in was quite rude.

Quite far way from Kyoto Station if you are not using the correct exit. its near to Koji Station, it is great if u use this train station instead. Staff is very friendly. Breakfast is very nice.

Nice and clean room but quite small for 3 adults. No storage . No place to properly hang towels. Beds comfortable. Complimentary breakfast was decent. Convenient location, about 10 minutes walk to Kyoto Station. Would stay again if come back to Kyoto.

Staff were kind however they have a weird policy that you have to leave your key at reception when you go out of the hotel. I did this and when I returned - they just gave me the key without asking for any ID - I wasn’t very impressed by this.

Kyoto est une ville exceptionnelle et d'une grande richesse. L'hôtel est très bien placé par rapport à la gare et aux dessertes de transport en commun. Un grand centre commercial à côté avec un grand choix de restaurants.

Rent og godt med god beliggenhed

Centralt beliggende i gåafstand fra Kyoto station. Velassorteret morgenmad. Sød og meget venlig betjening. Hjælpsomhed overalt. Værelset mangler skabsplads, og er meget lille. Badeværelset fungere fint, selvom det er utroligt lille. Kunne savne bedre engelskkundskaber.

Aunque el hotel cumple, las instalaciones son un poco viejas y la habitacion algo pequeña y sin armario. Desayuno tipo buffete solo estilo oriental. Te hacen dejar la llave al salir y los trabajadores muy amables y serviciales.

次京都を訪れたら違うホテルを探します。

チェックイン時の説明と部屋に入ってから鍵を差し込む(電源を入れる)所の写真が違っていて、分からなかったのでフロントに内線したら年配の男性スタッフに嫌な感じで返されて初っぱなからマイナスイメージが強くなった。 お風呂とトイレが別なのは良かったけれど、お風呂とベッドの上に短い毛髪が1本ずつ落ちていて清潔感はイマイチだと感じた。 イオンがすぐ斜め前にあり、お土産も売っていて買い物は便利だった。

大浴場最高！温泉に行った気分

お部屋もベットも広くてゆっくり過ごせました。バス・トイレの明かりはもう少し明るい方が良い。シャワーと蛇口の切り替えが、シャワーの絵の方にコックをひねると蛇口から水が出て、蛇口の絵の方にするとシャワーから水が出て戸惑った。大浴場はとても快適で、汗をかいた後のお風呂は本当に気持ちが良かったですよ。
