RESI STAY JISCO HOTEL KYOTO GOSHONISHI was a wonderful find for our stay in Kyoto. The location is fantastic — just a short walk from the Kyoto Imperial Palace and only about 5 minutes from Marutamachi Station, making it incredibly easy to explore the whole city. The rooms were spotless and thoughtfully designed, and the Simmons bed with the in-room foot massager was such a nice touch after a long day of sightseeing. A wonderful, comfortable stay — highly recommend for anyone wanting an authentic, peaceful home base in Kyoto.

Near the subway station and coffee shops. Nice location right next to the imperial palace. Smaller sized rooms and bathroom. Basic bathroom accessories but there wasn’t much more in the way of amenities. Full kitchen, but it didn’t seem we could use it and no on site breakfast. It was nice but not overwhelmingly so.

It was easy to find the place and the location is walkable from the subway station. Er we’re able to store our luggage before check in since we got there early. Great property with good rooms and quiet area, easy access to transportation, really enjoyable stay with the only downside being the wifi becomes quite slow in the evenings when lots of people are using it.
