Beautiful hotel. Our room was really spacious. Convenient to walk to shops and eateries near by. Staff were very helpful. Hotel also had a wide range of toiletries to chose.
I had a “superior queen” room and I loved it. The low bed was very comfortable and the rainfall shower was heavenly. The hotel itself was beautiful and clean.

Hotel was in my opinion a concept hotel. Too dark in corridors and dining area. Breakfast offered was the SAME each day we were there, not like other hotels with buffet breakfasts. The 3 stars go to staff who were wonderful and gracious with their time and assistance
We love this hotel, the bedroom was excellent size for our family (4 ), it was clean, the hotel is beautiful and clean. The onsen was our favorite part. The breakfast menu is delicious. We really enjoy our stay here.

Absolutely loved our stay! The staff were so friendly and helpful. We loved the modern, Japanese style of the hotel and the breakfast was delicious!
I loved my stay at Hotel Tou Nishinotoin Kyoto. Very friendly staff. I had the Japanese breakfast option each morning and loved it. A nice hunk of fish, with a satisfying omelette, and some Japanese porridge with some delicious toppings. Cold hojicha latte, I drank about three each morning. Onsen was peaceful and lovely.
Wonderful stay , loved the room and lounge area and the bathing area

Quite spacious for a Japanese hotel, can open 2 big luggages side by side. Friendly staff, comfortable room. Although it's walkable distance to and from Kyoto station, it might be a bit tiring if you have huge luggages. Also the room is a bit too dark for make up in the morning. However overall experience is nice.
Love this hotel! Perfect for solo traveller. Location is convenient, staffs are super helpful and friendly, the bed is comfy, and they have a shared sento as well, perfect for a night soak
Excellent quiet location in Kyoto, but right next to some attractions, easy transportation options to all the most popular tourist attractions. The property is a stylish update on a traditional guesthouse. Very friendly staff, nice bar, fantastic bed and all the amenities I expect. Would definitely stay again 💛💛💛
Great hotel near Kyoko station. On a quiet steet but easy to reach other locations.
Biggest room I've stayed in Japan. Staff are friendly and willing to help.
