We loved Hotel Resol Tyoko - the staff were incredibly helpful & friendly… helping us with transport, tours, restaurants & directions. The location of the hotel is perfection… within easy walking distance to great food, transport, shopping & attractions. The facilities were clean & tidy… we will definitely recommend to others & certainly stay again when next in Kyoto. Thank you for the most wonderful stay in your beautiful city.

The staff was amazing and they have weekly events that we got to participate in! It was so much fun and in the perfect location to walk to many food places and shops and a short walk to the train station! I would stay here over and over again!

We stayed here during our honeymoon. We would absolutely go back again! It’s in a central location. The room itself was on the smaller side, but the staff was amazing and the amenities were great. We did laundry on site very easily. Every staff member we spoke to were kind.

This was one of our favorite hotels we stayed at. Very clean, smelled so good every time we walked in, and the staff and amenities were great at well. It is a hidden gem in downtown Kyoto close to shopping and so many other things to do. We found it very convenient for our stay.

Great place to stay

This hotel is a great place to stay at a very convenient location. The room was clean and had a nice design, the bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious for a typical Japanese hotel room. The absolute best was the staff, who all were extremely friendly and helpful! Made me feel very welcome.

The room was comfortable and nice. There were a lot of amenities in the hotel and the staff were very helpful. Unfortunately we left our nice camera in the room when we checked out, even though we realized a few hours after leaving, it was not able to be found and returned to us.
